Bio: Nadege Fleurimond is the owner of Fleurimond Catering, an off-premise catering firm specializing in corporate and private catering. She is also the author of Taste of Life: A Culinary Memoir which depicts short anecdotes of her life through a food inspired lens. Nadege is also the founder of Young Culinary Masters (YCM) and served as Executive Director from 2006 to 2011. YCM aims to educate young people about food and bring about a positive change in their eating habits and encourage a healthy lifestyle through fun and interactive hands on cooking programs. Nadege graduated with a degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Nadege has been quoted in the New York Times, has appeared on the national television show Chopped on the Food Network and is a Food columnist for the Haitian Times Newspaper.
