Ahmed Ashour is a Bahraini-Egyptian anti-disciplinary journalist and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. His work focuses on navigating internal contradictions, especially within Arab and/or Muslim communities. Select work has been featured in Kerning Cultures, Sparkler Learning (2023 Signal Award), Sowt, Al Riwaq Arts Space, and the Empathy Museum. For his work, Ahmed was named one of 50 Young Arab Media Leaders in 2024. He is currently pursuing an MA in Audio Journalism at New York University.
